Which regulations apply?

How do I place an order?

Choose your products directly on the site and click Order. You are taken to our order form. On the form, select your category, your reference and the quantity you want. To add another product, simply click Add a product: everything happens inside the form, with no need to go back to the site. Then fill in your details and submit. What are the shipping times and methods?

We ship from Europe to many destinations, in Europe and beyond. As a guide, allow between 24 hours and 7 working days once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. This depends on the carrier used, the destination and any transit formalities. An estimate is given to you before payment, when the order is confirmed. Packages are shipped in discreet and secure packaging. For large orders (≥ 5 kg), additional time may be required. Tracking is included.

What is the difference between CBD, THCA, CBN and CBG?

CBD: the most widespread cannabinoid in hemp. Our CBD Hydro flowers are grown hydroponically, allowing precise quality control, more developed aromas and a premium appearance. THCA: the acidic form naturally present in the plant. Our extracts come from selected plant material, with a worked texture and an intense aromatic profile. CBG: often called the mother molecule, because the other cannabinoids are formed from it. Naturally rare, and therefore sought after. CBN: the first cannabinoid ever isolated, in 1896. It forms over time through oxidation of the plant material. CBD extractions: concentrates obtained from selected flowers, rich in terpenes for a more focused aromatic profile. All our products contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC.

Is there a minimum order?

Our orders start at 50 g, with volume pricing depending on quantity. On the references that offer it, a 3 g sample format at 30 EUR is available, shipping included for most countries. Note that sample formats can be combined. An order made up only of samples is possible once per customer. After that, the 50 g minimum applies. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the volume ordered.

What happens if my package is delayed, lost or seized?

Each situation is reviewed seriously, but some events are outside Green Connection's control.

In case of delay, the customer should contact us after the estimated timeframe so we can follow the case with the carrier.

In case of loss confirmed by the carrier, a commercial solution may be reviewed depending on the context, available evidence and compliance with the order conditions.

In case of seizure, confiscation, destruction, customs blockage, refusal of entry or administrative decision, Green Connection cannot be held responsible. The customer accepts the risks linked to transport, transit and the regulations of their country. No automatic refund or reshipment is due in this type of situation.

How should products be stored to preserve their quality?

Store your products in a cool, dry place protected from light, ideally between 15 and 20 °C. For extracts, preferably use airtight glass containers. Flowers can be kept in their original packaging for up to 12 months in optimal conditions.

The customer is solely responsible for the use of the products after receipt. Our products are offered in compliance with current European standards; however, their use must remain in accordance with local legislation.
